AUGUST UPDATE: Our studio is open!
All in-studio classes will be limited to 9 participants to allow ample space between mats. Please only come if you feel 100% well and have not been ill in the last 2 weeks. We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat.

All classes are live in-studio (with no recording), except for the following 2 weekly classes which are online only and can be joined live on Zoom. These 2 online classes will be recorded and uploaded to our content library after the class for later access.
  • Monday 7:30 - 8:15a HIIT Training with Jerome
  • Wednesday 7:30 - 8:15a The Perfect Start with Claudia
You must sign-in and have an active pass in order to register for online class. You do not need an active pass for in-studio classes, you can make your payment in person. You can continue to use existing active class passes to attend classes (online and in person). We are also offering special unlimited package of $65 for August . 

All of our classes are taught in English language.
