**REDUCED SCHEDULE AND CLASS SIZE DUE TO COVID-19**
In the interest of public health, we are capping our class size down to 8 participants at the studio, to allow 6 feet of space between each mat. We have also substantially reduced our schedule down to 8 classes per week for the time being. 

  • Please pre-register for class. As long as ONE person is registered for class, we will show up to teach. 
  • Classes with no one pre-registered will be canceled 2 hours before the start of class. Cancelled classes will not be deleted from the online schedule - they will show up as canceled. If you plan to drop in last minute, double check the schedule to confirm the class has not been canceled.
  • If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 2 hours before the start of class. 
  • Bring your own yoga mat and/or a small towel to use as a barrier between you and the studio props. 
  • We love you, but please don't come to class if you're not feeling 100%

HOW TO READ OUR SCHEDULE
Our schedule is color-coded by the intensity of class. GREEN indicates a gentle pace suitable for all levels, BLUE indicates a moderate pace suitable for students familiar with the fundamentals of yoga, and RED indicates a strong or intense pace for those seeking a challenge. Click on the class to read a detailed description. 

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION 
To reserve your spot in a class, click on the class in the schedule below and complete the short form. You will receive a confirmation email if the booking is successful. If you need to cancel your spot, you can sign into your account or click on the Cancellation link in your confirmation email.
