SUITABLE FOR: Any yoga practitioner who has attended at least a few yoga classes in the past

PURPOSE: A well-rounded vinyasa-based yoga class that maintains a moderate pace while connecting movement to breath for a fluid and warming practice.  

A balanced and steady-paced flow class incorporating sun salutations, standing poses and seated stretches. Expect to break a sweat with energetic sequences flowing on the breath. Modifications and adjustments are offered so that beginner to intermediate students feel supported and challenged.

This is an ONLINE class. Class recording will be available for 24 hours for anyone who is unable to make the live time.
