PURPOSE: Yoga Tone is a conditioning class that blends functional mobility practices with mindful principles of yoga for increased core stability, agility and overall body toning.

WHAT TO EXPECT:  Move through creative, dynamic sequences and movements that will tone your whole body. we may use mobility enhancing props and yoga-based postures to mindfully build endurance and nuture strength, stability, and muscle tone.
