This class does exactly what the name suggests. Half of the class will be spent targeting the booty and thighs, and the other 50% will target the abdominals - from the superficial six pack to the obliques to the deep core, lower back and hip flexors.  This conditioning class may also incorporate hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates ball and your own body weight. Expect to feel the BURN and to tone up both your ass and your abs!  Low impact and suitable for all fitness levels.
